How to reduce risks when shipping electronics from the USA
Ordering goods from the US comes with certain risks. This especially applies to electronics. When shopping at a regular store, you can touch the item or ask the staff to turn it on, but online you can't. However, we've figured out how to solve this issue too. To be sure your ordered electronics are working properly, even before they're sent across the ocean, use the "Check electronics on/off" service.
The most common question our clients ask is: How do I include it in the order total?
It's very easy to include it when placing your order. Wait for your package to arrive at our main warehouse and be registered in the system. Then submit a request in "Tickets", indicating the tracking number of your incoming package. Don't forget to specify that you need the electronics check service in particular. This must be done before the package is sent for assembly. As soon as our specialists verify that the electronics work, you will be notified of the results in Tickets. The cost of the service is $10. If there are several gadgets in your package, you'll have to pay for checking each one separately. The cost will be deducted from your balance.
If you're ordering fragile electronics, such as a laptop or TV, we also recommend using the "Additional packaging" service. At your request, we'll pack the parcel in an additional bag ($1.99)* which protects the item from moisture, dust, and other environmental factors. We'll also wrap it with protective film ($3.99) — besides keeping the contents safe from moisture and dust, the film "reinforces" the parcel, preventing deformation in case of impact.
You can include the cost of these services in your order at the package assembly stage.

If your purchase has any special features that need to be taken into account during packing — don't hesitate to describe them in the order comment*. During assembly, our team will consider your wishes. For example, if you're ordering items as a gift and it's critically important that the factory boxes don't get dented against each other — it's worth mentioning this in the comment. Or if you're ordering a suitcase and clothing — you can ask to place your other parcels inside the suitcase.
