Basic rules:
1. Everything that can be taken from the product page at the store — should be taken from the product page at the store.

3. If there are more than five items, and they are different, follow the instructions:
When it comes to clothing and footwear, it is acceptable to shorten to the type of clothing:

But electronics must be recorded as described in item 2.

4. You CANNOT write in transliteration, because it's important that an English-speaking customs officer understands what's in the parcel. For example:

Phones — good, telefoni — not suitable
5. Do not use symbols, digits, or signs. Use only letters to describe goods in the declaration.
6. To make it easier to come up with a category name in English — use a translator, for example deepl.com
7. If you have more items in your parcel than can fit in the five lines of the declaration — you need to order parcel splitting.
8. Sending more than 2 batteries in one parcel is not allowed, you cannot send batteries separately from the product.
Example of filling out the declaration.
To correctly fill out the declaration for the Universal EMS tariff, open the product page.
For example, you're filling out a declaration for the Valve Steam Desk 64gb console, we discard the digits, the console name, and the manufacturer brand, and we're left with nothing from the name. So, we need to describe ourselves what this thing is, if explaining its purpose to a person to whom the words Steam Desk mean nothing. In our situation — this is a portable gaming console. We translate it into English and write Portable gaming console.
