Customs Duty Calculator

* As of April 1, 2024, the duty-free limit for goods imported into Russia is 200 EUR (about 215 USD as of April 1, 2024) and 31 kg per package.

Duty is 15% of the amount above the limit and is calculated per package.

If you ship 10 packages within one month in separate shipments, each worth 199 EUR and lighter than 31 kg, no duty applies. On top of that, if the limit is exceeded, you pay a 500 RUB customs fee plus a broker fee of 5% of the excess amount and the customs fee.
For example, you order Apple AirPods Max headphones for $549. The fixed fee is about $5, the duty about $50, and the broker fee 5% of (50+5) = $2.75.

TOTAL duty $57.75
If the package weighs more than 31 kg, the duty is at least €2 per kg of excess weight.

IMPORTANT! Packages that arrive at customs together as part of the same shipment may be treated as a single delivery.

So you don't have to do the math yourself, we built this calculator.

And to make paying the duty easy and avoid customs delays, on GBS plans you can pay duty right when you pay for shipping.

Duty formula: (Item price - 200 EUR) * 15% + 500 RUB.
