How to shop on Zappos
How to register on Zappos
- Go to https://www.zappos.com.
- In the top right corner, click Sign In / Register.
- In the Create your account section, enter:
- First name
- Password
- Click Create your account.
Registration is complete. Now you can:
- Track orders
- Save favorite items
- Receive special offers
Choosing products
- In the top menu, select the category you need:
- Shoes, Clothing, Bags, Accessories
- Next — subcategories: Men, Women, Kids and more.
- Use filters:
- Shoe type (Running, Casual, Dress, etc.)
- Size
- Color, price, brand, shoe width
- On the product page:
- Review the reviews and photos
- Choose the size you need and click Add to Cart
Entering the shipping address
- Zappos does not accept Russian addresses for delivery. To place an order, you need to use an address registered in the US.
- Enter the details:
- First & Last Name
- Address (as shown in your US address),
- City, State, ZIP.
- Phone (a US number is required for delivery).
- Choose a shipping method:
- Free Standard Shipping (usually 4-5 business days).
- Faster options may be available.
- Click Continue to Payment.
Promo codes and discounts
Zappos rarely uses promo codes, but there are personalized offers sent by email. If you have a promo code:
- Enter it during checkout.
- Click Apply.
Payment
Available payment methods:
- Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and cards issued outside of Russia.
- PayPal.
- Apple Pay (for Safari users on macOS and iOS).
Enter:
- Card number, expiration date, CVV.
- Billing address (the address linked to the card, usually in another country if the card was issued outside of Russia).
If you pay via PayPal, a separate authorization window will open.
