How to use the AI assistant?
Go to your personal account, open the declarations section, and click the «Fill in with AI» button. The AI will automatically find and enter the required data.
In which cases does the AI assistant fill out the declaration?
If our buyers helped you place the order, the AI will find all the data itself and fill out the declaration.

If you've already started marking the contents of your packages, the AI will see this information and fill in the rest on its own.

If the AI knows nothing about your orders, just upload a screenshot of the purchase, an email from the store, or an Excel spreadsheet. It will figure out what to put where.
Is it free?
Yes, filling out the declaration with AI is completely free for all Pochtoy.com customers.
Do I need to double-check the AI's output?
We recommend reviewing the completed declaration before sending the parcel. This feature is running in test mode. If you find an error or inaccuracy, please let support know — we carefully read every message.
