About the parcel shipping process, available delivery services, timeframes, payment, tracking, and customs regulations
To send a parcel, once all items arrive at the warehouse, create an outgoing parcel:
1. Go to the «Parcels» section (My Account → Parcels → Preparing to ship).
2. Select the items you want to send.
3. Click «Add to parcel». The selected items will be moved to the new parcel.
4. Fill in the recipient's details, choose a shipping service, and send the parcel for packing.
Packages are processed within 24-48 hours (Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays).
If you want to speed up package consolidation, you can choose the «Express consolidation» option. In this case, the package will be consolidated within 4-7 hours during warehouse working hours. Express shipping is not guaranteed, but the sooner the package is consolidated, the faster it will enter the shipping queue. Some items require additional approval from brokers, which may cause consolidation (including express consolidation) to take longer.
Shipping is paid after the package is assembled and weighed.
To pay, go to the «Packages» → «To be shipped» section.
The current list of available delivery services, their restrictions and costs are shown in the calculator on the website.
You can't send a package via First-Class Mail or USPS Flat Rate – we don't work with these shipping methods.
We work with FedEx, UPS and DHL, but these services are not available for delivery to Russia.
If you want to track a shipped package, a tracking number with a tracking link will appear in your personal account after it has been sent.
If you want to change the shipping service or the contents of the parcel after it has been sent for assembly, such changes are possible only in exceptional cases.
Changing the shipping service is available, but it is a paid service.
Adding an item, splitting, or repacking is possible, but comes with certain limitations.
To make changes, create a ticket specifying the parcel number and exactly what needs to be changed.
If the package is delayed and its status hasn't changed within 30 days, we submit a search request automatically.
It's not possible to submit a request earlier.
Invoices and promotional materials from stores are removed by default during packing.
If you want to keep or, on the contrary, remove them, please specify this in the comment when assembling your parcel.

Consolidated but unpaid packages:
Customs duties depend on the rules of the destination country. Each country has its own regulations: a duty may be charged if the established threshold is exceeded.
The rules are updated from time to time, so before shipping it's worth checking the current limits on your country's customs service website or with our support team.
