The «Assisted Purchase» service lets you buy items from American stores with the help of our operators (in-house buyers). It's convenient if the store doesn't accept cards from foreign banks or if you're unable to place the order yourself. If you prefer to shop directly, you can use the «Virtual Address» service.
The cost of the «Shopping Assistance» service is listed in the «Services» section on our website. It is calculated based on the order amount and the specifics of the store.
The service fee covers the work of our operators (in-house buyers). They purchase items from your links, receive them at our warehouse in the USA, and register them in your personal account.
Additionally, you pay for shipping the parcel to your country according to the rates of the selected service.
If you want to combine items purchased through the "Shopping Assistance" service and packages from your virtual address into one shipment, we can send them as a single package.
Terms for purchasing on eBay auctions. A commission is charged when buying lots:
7% of the lot price, but no less than $7;
an additional $2 fee for participating in the auction or using the Make Offer option (this fee is non-refundable).
If the auction is canceled or the Make Offer proposal is not accepted, the purchase commission is refunded, except for $2.
If the item is sold at auction, enter the maximum amount you're willing to pay in the «Price» field.
We will gradually raise the bid using a sniper bot. For example, if the current price is $50 and you're willing to pay up to $100, enter $100. If we manage to win the lot for a lower amount, the difference will be returned to your balance.
If the order includes multiple stores, the fee is charged separately for each store.
If you'd like to place an order, just follow a few steps.
1. Register on the website.
2. Add links to the items you want to purchase.
3. Specify the color, size, or other parameters, if applicable.
4. Pay for the order.
After that, our operators (in-house buyers) will purchase the items.
If you'd like to order a custom-designed item, we can place such an order for you.
Provide a link to the already configured item in the form and manually select the parameters (color, size, etc.), if applicable.
We recommend attaching a screenshot of the final order page in the comments. This will help us verify that the order is set up correctly.
There are stores we don't work with — our «Blacklist». It includes stores that:
You can try to place an order at such stores on your own through the «Virtual Address», but we cannot guarantee successful processing.
If you place an order, its processing begins only after full payment.
Our warehouse is located in the tax-free state of Delaware, so no sales tax is charged on purchases.
If you want to find out the shipping cost to the warehouse, add the item to the store's cart and begin checkout. At the payment step, enter our ZIP code, state, and city from your personal account. The store will show the shipping cost.
If the cost is unknown, top up your balance only for the amount of the item and the service fee. If an additional charge for shipping to the warehouse is required during the purchase, the amount will be deducted from your balance, and you'll need to pay it off before the parcel is shipped.
If you want to pay for the order, top up your balance using any convenient method, then pay for the order itself. Once paid, the request will automatically be sent for processing.
If you want to know how quickly orders are purchased, this usually happens within a few hours after payment. Orders are purchased around the clock.
If the order is processed by American operators (in-house buyers), the purchase takes place starting at 17:00 Moscow time.
If you want to speed up your order purchase, select the «Buy as soon as possible» option when placing the order.
Service fee: 15% of the order amount, but no less than $15.
Promo codes do not apply to this service.
Orders placed at night (from 22:00 to 08:00 Moscow time) may be processed with a slight delay, but will be purchased in the morning on a priority basis.

We don't wait for your replacement decision and purchase all available items right away.
After payment, the order goes into processing. On average, items arrive at our warehouse within 4-7 business days; timing depends on the store.
You can track the order status in your personal account:
Delivery times from the store to the warehouse may vary.
We do not provide tracking during the stage of delivery to our warehouse.
If more than 10 days have passed and the order still hasn't arrived at the warehouse, create a ticket. We'll contact the store and check the delivery status.
If all items have arrived at the warehouse, go to the «Package formation» section and choose a convenient shipping method.
We do not inspect items upon arrival at the warehouse:
Items are registered based on the store's data.
If you need to verify the contents, you can order a photo or video of the package before shipping.
This service is paid separately (the «Services» section in your personal account).
Returns and exchanges are not available.
However, if the requested photos taken upon arrival at the warehouse show a defect or a discrepancy with the order, we will definitely help resolve the issue.
