What is an API?
Pochtoy API is a technical solution for transferring data about your customers' orders to your personal account on our website, which significantly simplifies the process of handling and shipping parcels.

With our API, you can automatically create an incoming parcel, generate a declaration based on your customer's order data, and transfer recipient details from your website, bot, or app to your Pochtoy personal account.

If you have a website, bot, or another platform for selling goods from the US, connect our API. We will accept your requests and customers' parcels to deliver orders to your buyers in Russia. Please include in your request the address of your website or the name of your bot/app so we can promptly connect you with our technical specialist.
The API is in closed beta, and the documentation is currently being prepared.
How do I send an API request?
To send an API request, contact support via chat (the window on the main page) or submit a ticket in your personal account. We will get in touch with you promptly and answer your questions!
What can we deliver?
We can deliver any items not prohibited for shipping to the Russian Federation from the USA. You can find more details about the terms here.
What don't we deliver?
If you want to know what we don't ship, the full list of items prohibited for forwarding is available here.
Please note that some categories of goods are prohibited for international postal shipping. We recommend carefully reviewing the list of such items, and if you have any questions or doubts, contact our support team.
Are there any limits on the number of identical items in one package?
Please note the restriction on the number of identical items per 1 parcel — one parcel may contain no more than 3 identical items (as personal use) and no more than 5 identical items for a commercial order.
You can also place your order as follows: 3 identical items for one recipient and 2 identical items for another recipient, whereas the address and full name in the orders must be different.
Do I need to provide information for the customs declaration?
When placing an order, you need to fill in the customs declaration details — passport information, full name, and delivery address.
Where is the data stored?
All customer and parcel data is stored on servers located within the territory of the Russian Federation. We do not store data outside of Russia.
What is the affiliate program and how can I get a discount?
If you want to learn what the referral program is and how to get a discount, it's simple: invite friends, give them a 15% discount, and get $3 cashback throughout the year. Earned bonuses can be used to pay for orders or shipping.

All registered Pochtoy.com customers can participate. You can get your referral link or code in your personal account. Share the link (the discount is applied automatically) or pass along the code to be entered in the promo code field when placing a shipment.
