What items are included in the promotional shipment?
The jeans shipping promotion applies only to the following product categories: jeans and denim shorts of any brand (women's, men's, and kids').

Other denim product categories are not included in the promotion: skirts, jumpsuits, shirts, vests, jackets, accessories! The package also must not contain items of any other categories!
Do consolidated packages qualify for the promotion?
Consolidated parcels are not eligible for the jeans shipping promotion.
How much does delivery cost for promotional items?
If you want to know how much shipping costs for promotional items, the price for a package weighing up to 2 kg will be $19.99. Important: if the package weight exceeds 2 kg by even 1 gram, the promotional price does not apply.
Which tariffs does the promotion apply to?
The special shipping price for jeans up to 2 kg at $19.99 is available for self-purchases or purchases with operators with delivery to a parcel locker or pickup point for the «Super Fast» and «Fast Box» tariffs. Courier delivery is not available under the promotion. The Super Fast tariff is arranged before the parcel arrives at the warehouse. The Fast Box tariff is arranged after the parcel arrives at the warehouse. Details in the calculator. The shipping recalculation under the promotion for the Super Fast tariff will be made before payment of the shipping, and for the Fast Box tariff after payment of the shipping.
Do I need to buy additional insurance?
Insurance is mandatory, and you can check its cost in advance using the calculator by entering the value of the items in the package.

Will I receive bonuses and cashback on a promotional package?
Cashback and bonuses are not paid on promotional shipments. Shipping discounts also do not apply to the promotional price.
How to correctly calculate the weight of an item?
The weight of the packed parcel at the final weigh-in must not exceed 2 kg. If the parcel weighs even 1 gram more than 2 kg, the promotion does not apply.

Approximate weight of items without packaging:
- Women's jeans: 500–800 g
- Men's jeans: 600 g – 1.2 kg
- Women's denim shorts: 300–500 g
- Men's denim shorts: 500–700 g
Be sure to add an allowance for packaging – 250–350 g.

If the regular shipping price for the tariff is lower than the promotional one, the lower price applies (calculated via the calculator).
